My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was rather dark and small with thin walls, but the service was extremely accommodating. The location was nice and helpful, near many attractions. The dining experience had its drawbacks but was made up for by the free breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with good and not-so-good aspects.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had so much atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The unexpected upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the location was perfect in a 17th-century basement cavern setting. I did find the price to be a bit high though.

The hotel service was top-notch. The staff members missed no detail in ensuring my comfort. One waitress even went out of her way to assist after I got lost driving for twenty minutes looking for the hotel. The array of services provided, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and welcome drinks, truly enhanced my experience.

The location of the hotel was brilliant! It was near Parc du Luxembourg, within walking distance to RER for the airport and M for the Metro. I felt safe, and everything was immaculately clean. Being close to everything, including the Jardin du Luxembourg, RER B from Paris CDG, and many bars and restaurants, made exploring the city extremely convenient.

The dining experience was delightful. Although I couldn't get scrambled eggs every day, the smile with which the meals were served made up for it. The room size was great for Paris standards, and the bathroom was more than decent. I even received the 14 euro breakfast for free due to ongoing renovations, which was a lovely gesture. The fruit buffet was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were really nice, with a comfy bed, decent furnishings, and great wifi and air-con options. Although the courtyard was inside, it was cosy and had a good bathroom with a good size shower. The only downside was that it was not too ventilated and somewhat dark.

The service was very, very nice and responsive. Although they were aware of the issues with the heat/air con in room 306, sadly there was no solution to fix it. However, they were attentive and pleasant. Room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance were all available.

The location was great for getting around Paris! It felt safe and was clean, and the staff was fabulous, welcoming, and helpful at all times. The hotel was convenient with a nice large comfortable bed, good decor, and some nice extras like good toiletries, bathrobes, etc. Being very close to park Jardins du Luxembourg, RER B from Paris CDG, many bars & restaurants including many Asians and French, St Germain des Pres, and RER Luxembourg station made my stay even more enjoyable.
