Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was rather dark and small with thin walls, but the service was extremely accommodating. The location was nice and helpful, near many attractions. The dining experience had its drawbacks but was made up for by the free breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with good and not-so-good aspects.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had so much atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The unexpected upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the location was perfect in a 17th-century basement cavern setting. I did find the price to be a bit high though.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, surrounded by great food options and near the city center, but the rooms, particularly being on the ground floor with no outside view and the smoke from the courtyard entering, left something to be desired. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was good overall, but the courtyard setting could have been improved, and the price was a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel had a nice aspect with a Juliet style balcony overlooking the street and was a comfortable size with robes provided which aided our relaxation. It was a bit dark and dated, but overall, it was so beautiful with a wonderful breakfast and staff.
The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with attentive staff and modern, clean rooms, although on the smaller side. The service is outstanding, especially thanks to Eric, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is superb, close to quality restaurants and scenic spots in Paris. The dining experience, while lacking warm food at breakfast, offers homemade cakes. The overall value for the price paid is great.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were really nice, with a comfy bed, decent furnishings, and great wifi and air-con options. Although the courtyard was inside, it was cosy and had a good bathroom with a good size shower. The only downside was that it was not too ventilated and somewhat dark.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit too small and very dark, not quite matching the pictures, and didn't feel worth the price I paid. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially Eric who stood out for his politeness and accommodation. The location was perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The dining experience was basic and could use some improvement, although the inclusion of services like room service and housekeeping made the stay more comfortable.
I had quite a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had lots of atmosphere with attentive staff but were a bit too small and very dark. The service was exceedingly obliging and helpful, especially during a health issue at the end, but missed perfect scores. The location was near the heart of Paris and close to many attractions, although some areas needed touch-ups. The dining was good overall but a bit basic. Despite some drawbacks, my stay was memorable.
